Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Job Summary:

The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will be responsible for assisting with payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding within the ADP Workforce Now System. This role requires an individual who can easily multitask, problem-solve, think critically, and respond promptly to payroll and benefits questions from employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll:
    • Ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time.
    • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for proper departments.
    • Analyze payroll audit report to identify and resolve issues.
    • Manage the payroll and timecard system via ADP Workforce Now.
    • Provide management with reports and information as needed.
    • Manage tracking and initiating exceptions to each payroll, including bonuses, pay rate changes, and corrections to previous payroll runs.
    • Maintain and organize all payroll files.
  • Benefits:
    • Manage the open enrollment process each year.
    • Provide employees with all benefits documents each year during open enrollment.
    • Assist employees with all benefits questions.
    • Provide reports and information to management as needed.
    • Maintain and organize all benefits information files.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Provide administrative support as needed for onboarding/offboarding.
    • Assist employees with questions during the onboarding/offboarding process.
    • Create reports regarding employee turnover as needed for management.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now payroll software.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask.
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word).
