This part-time position will be responsible for overseeing benefit verification, authorization, and other administrative processes to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and maintain accurate insurance benefits for clients
  • Manage and coordinate family paperwork and notices
  • Conduct Medicaid eligibility checks and ensure timely submissions
  • Track and request client authorization submissions
  • Provide administrative support to billing and clinical teams
  • Audit session notes and tracking documents
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking deadlines and tasks
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in ABA insurance benefit and authorization
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant Central Reach experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The incumbent will work in a dynamic office environment, using a computer, phone, and other office equipment as needed. The employee will be required to sit, talk, or hear frequently, and may encounter frequent interruptions.
