As a Sales Coordinator at CooperSurgical, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Tracking and recording sales activity in our databases
  • Coordinating sales efforts with the sales team
  • Attending meetings and taking notes
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Following up on work in process to ensure smooth workflow
  • Representing the sales department on interdepartmental teams
Requirements
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills
  • Project management skills
  • 3-5 years' experience supporting sales teams
  • Bi-lingual a plus
