Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Massage Envy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement
- Manage and direct a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including front desk management, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- 3+ years of sales and operations experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
