About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Massage Envy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving client satisfaction, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase client retention
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales and management experience in a retail or service-based industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
