Telecom Sales Professional

We are Acosta Group, a leading provider of business internet, mobility, phone, and other services to businesses in key regions across the nation. We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Sales Professional to join our award-winning team.
As a Telecom Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting cutting-edge technology solutions to small business customers, driving engagement, and product adoption. You will leverage in-person customer visits to establish strong relationships, analyze market trends, and adjust your sales strategies accordingly.
We offer a competitive base salary starting at $53,000, with unlimited commission opportunities, giving you full control over how far you can go. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401k program, and generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage in-person customer visits to promote technology solutions
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in small business accounts
- Negotiate and develop solutions tailored to customer needs
- Engage in cross-department collaborations to align sales efforts with business goals
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales within the telecom industry
- Minimum one year of B2B experience in direct sales
- Proven track record and experience in consultative sales to small businesses
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
