Enterprise Account Growth Expert

The Enterprise Account Growth Expert will focus on acquiring new logo and prospective accounts requiring a broad spectrum of communications infrastructure solutions. A successful candidate will cultivate customer relationships, drive sales of Cloud, Edge Solutions, Voice Connectivity, and Infrastructure services to newly acquired accounts and contacts within assigned geographical territories. This role requires achieving sales and revenue growth targets through consistent day-to-day selling activities, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the leadership team through aggressive selling strategies.
A proven ability to thrive in an autonomous environment is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will approach sales as a consultative and trusted advisor, leveraging their expertise to deliver exceptional results. This remote work opportunity is open to applicants residing in the continental United States.
This role involves:
- Achieving and exceeding assigned revenue targets by acquiring new customers within target prospect segments.
- Generating sales revenue by actively promoting Zayo products and services to targeted and assigned territories.
- Setting daily priorities to communicate with target prospects and leads developed through Marketing and Business Development activity, capturing outcomes.
- Managing high volumes of inbound/outbound engagement, prioritizing leads effectively.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance and activities in Salesforce and other reporting tools.
- Providing accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities.
- Maintaining records of customer activity for sales and forecasting purposes.
- Sharing timely information with management.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet revenue objectives.
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Telecom industry, particularly with SDWAN and Edge Solutions, is preferred.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining responsiveness.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce a plus.
- Willingsness to learn Zayo Networks' value proposition, products, and services, including Ethernet, Waves, IP transport, Dark Fiber, and Cloud services/connectivity.
- Ability to travel as required by customers.
