About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Federal Sales to lead our federal sales team and drive growth in the government sector. This is a hybrid role that requires excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the federal IT market and be able to develop and execute strategies to increase market share. They will also be responsible for managing a team of outside and inside sales professionals.

About the Position

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the federal sector
  • Manage a team of outside and inside sales professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective and existing customers
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop broad policies for creating new products and services
