Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our stores, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Experience:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience in our stores.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to help staff improve their performance.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, ensuring that our stores are well-organized and easy to navigate.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in retail operations, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our stores.
