Key Responsibilities
  • Gift Shop Operations: Oversee Gift Shop inventory and operations, ensuring attractive and engaging product displays.
  • Customer Service: Assist guests with all aspects of product purchases, providing excellent knowledge of Spa treatments and products.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper payment is received for each purchase.
  • Inventory Management: Unpack and check-in incoming boxes of products, tag and display new inventory, and re-merchandise product displays as needed.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Prepare merchandise for shipping and accurately document shipping data.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a welcoming presence on the Gift Shop floor and monitor general cleanliness of the area.
  • Revenue Growth: Work creatively and diligently to exceed budgeted revenue and profit goals.
  • Inventory Process: Participate in monthly inventory process.
  • Environmental Commitment: Follow St Julien's Environmental Commitment and dispose of waste and recycling according to standards.
  • Training and Development: Attend scheduled brand trainings and assist with special projects/promotions in the Gift Shop as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail sales experience required, with high-end and/or luxury retail experience highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Friendly and outgoing, with excellent communication skills to interact with associates and guests.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for several hours at a time and lift up to 25 lbs. on an occasional basis.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to work the 1st of every month for monthly inventory process.
