Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Promote a highly satisfied customer experience by ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Team Development: Develop and lead high-performing teams by providing training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth and improvement.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
