- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with store goals and objectives.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Competitive Pay: Starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
