Office Administration Manager

Retirement Unlimited, Inc., a leading provider of Residential Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, is in search of a Business Office Manager to enhance our operational excellence.
The Business Office Manager will oversee all financial and administrative functions, including monthly resident invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, long-term care insurance claims, and payment processing in collaboration with the Executive Director and our corporate finance team. This role also involves assisting with the reconciliation of spend downs and accruals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly service request reconciliations and update resident accounts accordingly.
- Compile weekly meal reconciliation reports and post relevant charges.
- Complete lease discrepancy reports and follow up on any variances.
- Ensure resident files are complete, confidential, and compliant with regulations.
- Submit monthly accounts receivable reports to the corporate office.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for the community.
- Generate resident statements and maintain accurate accounts.
- Operate the department within budgetary constraints.
- Address resident inquiries regarding billing and account issues.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or as an office manager/coordinator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
