Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for Trusteed Individual Retirement Accounts (TIRA) to Specialized Fiduciary Officers and National Trust Services Managers.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with 1-3 years of experience in retirement account or Private Bank/Merrill administrative roles. Responsibilities include routine administrative tasks such as handling TIRA money movements and tax-related transactions, as well as collaborating closely with client-facing Trust Officers and Administrators to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of IRA account services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to Specialized Fiduciary Officers, Team Leaders, Group Managers, and National Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Officers and Team Leaders to ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate information and activities with external business partners and internal support partners.
  • Manage smaller, less complex situations that require a lower degree of technical expertise and knowledge.
  • Perform routine administrative duties such as account maintenance, account opening processes, money movements, tax-related transactions, file retrieval, optical imaging, filing, copying, ordering supplies, making and answering telephone calls, writing routine letters/emails, and other tasks to administer accounts and serve client needs.
  • Participate in projects, prepare reports, and conduct research as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and internal/external partners and serve as a backup for the Officers.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retirement account or Private Bank/Merrill administrative roles preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
