Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at GenScript/ProBio. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate visitor access and manage employee badges
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Organize office layout and ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Coordinate with IT department on office equipment and technology
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment of office expenses
  • Manage contract negotiations with office vendors and service providers
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and provide general support to employees
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email scheduling tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary a plus
