Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for Trusteed Individual Retirement Accounts (TIRAs) to Specialized Fiduciary Officers and National Trust Services Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to Specialized Fiduciary Officers, Team Leaders, Group Managers, and National Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Officers and Team Leaders to ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate information and activities with external business partners and internal support partners.
  • Manage smaller, less complex situations that require a lower degree of technical expertise and knowledge.
  • Perform routine administrative duties such as account maintenance, account opening processes, money movements, tax-related transactions, file retrieval, optical imaging, filing, copying, ordering supplies, making and answering telephone calls, writing routine letters/emails, and other tasks to administer accounts and serve client needs.
  • Participate in projects, prepare reports, and conduct research as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and internal/external partners and serve as a backup for the Officers.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in retirement account or Private Bank/Merrill administrative roles preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $18.64 per hour
