Job Title: Senior Account Executive

At EPIC Brokers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure EPIC Brokers remains a leader in the market
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • Georgia Property & Casualty Agents license required
  • Professional designations preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
