As part of Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA), this role is integral to our North America Beverage organization.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm)

This full-time position focuses on the recruitment and onboarding of new talent, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, enhancing the candidate experience at every stage.
  • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through various sourcing methods, including networking and recruitment events.
  • Recruit talent across all digital sectors, understanding the nuances of the digital landscape and PepsiCo's unique employer value proposition.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and industry trends to develop innovative sourcing strategies aimed at attracting top talent.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, providing regular updates to leadership on their progress during the initial 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all recruitment activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Deliver training in collaboration with HR and EHS, covering essential topics such as safety and conduct policies.
  • Support cross-training initiatives within the frontline team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support their specific initiatives and changes.
  • Provide assistance to market and location leadership during various organizational changes.
  • Act as a resource for cross-functional teams and employees, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Assist in the analysis and execution of various programs within the team.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations using computer-based tools.
  • Administer specific applications and processes with precision and adherence to deadlines.
  • Offer dedicated administrative support in a professional and organized manner.
  • Keep distribution and contact lists updated; manage departmental files in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Provide basic administrative assistance, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
  • Support the Market Director and HR Manager as required.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to assist the team in administrative functions.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • The anticipated salary range for this position is between $37,000 and $58,950.
  • Actual starting salary will be determined based on location, relevant skills, and experience.
  • Eligible employees receive paid time off, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Preferred undergraduate degree.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience is desirable.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, particularly in full-cycle Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, confidence, and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to excellence and a passion for the work.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in creating actionable market reports using advanced Excel functions.
  • Analytical skills to summarize data and develop actionable recommendations.
