Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) operates as the beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution arm of PepsiCo in the U.S. and Canada. This role is integral to the North America Beverage organization.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm)

This full-time role focuses on the recruitment and onboarding of new talent, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, enhancing the candidate experience at every stage.
  • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through various sourcing methods, including networking and recruitment events.
  • Develop strategies to attract talent across all digital sectors, understanding the unique value proposition of PepsiCo.
  • Utilize data and industry insights to create innovative sourcing techniques for engaging potential candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, providing regular updates to leadership on their progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of candidates and recruitment activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Deliver training sessions in collaboration with HR and EHS, covering essential topics such as safety and company policies.
  • Support the implementation of cross-training initiatives within the team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive initiatives and support leadership during organizational changes.
  • Provide assistance and answers to inquiries from cross-functional teams and employees.
  • Contribute to the analysis and execution of various programs as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations using computer-based tools.
  • Administer specific applications and processes with precision while adhering to deadlines.
  • Offer dedicated administrative support in a professional and organized manner.
  • Maintain and update departmental files and contact lists, ensuring efficient organization.
  • Provide basic administrative assistance, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
  • Support the Market Director and HR Manager with various tasks as required.
  • Perform additional duties to enhance the administrative function of the team.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • The anticipated salary range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950.
  • Actual starting salary will be determined based on location, relevant skills, and experience.
  • Eligible employees receive paid time off, including parental leave, vacation, and sick leave.

Qualifications
  • Preferred undergraduate degree.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience is desirable.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience with a focus on full-cycle Talent Acquisition is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, confidence, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in creating actionable market reports using advanced Excel functions.
  • Analytical skills to summarize data and develop actionable recommendations.
