Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm)

This full-time role focuses on the recruitment and onboarding of new talent, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees into our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.
  • Engage both active and passive candidates through various sourcing methods, including resume reviews and networking.
  • Identify and attract talent across all digital sectors, understanding the unique value PepsiCo offers as an employer.
  • Utilize data and industry insights to develop innovative sourcing strategies aimed at engaging passive candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, providing regular updates to leadership on their progress during the initial 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all recruitment activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Deliver training sessions in collaboration with HR and EHS, covering essential topics such as safety and conduct.
  • Support cross-training initiatives within the frontline team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive initiatives and support leadership during change processes.
  • Provide assistance and answer inquiries from cross-functional teams and employees.
  • Assist in the analysis and execution of various programs.
  • Organize and create computer-based presentations independently.
  • Administer specific applications and processes with precision and timeliness.
  • Offer dedicated administrative support in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Keep distribution and contact lists updated; manage departmental files efficiently.
  • Provide basic administrative support, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
  • Assist the Market Director and HR Manager as required.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the administrative functions of the team.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • The anticipated salary range for this position is between $37,000 and $58,950.
  • Actual starting salary will be determined based on location, relevant skills, and experience.
  • Eligible employees receive paid time off, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Preferred undergraduate degree.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience with a focus on full-cycle talent acquisition preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
