About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at The Crestone Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including staff supervision and resident care
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of college education or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential care or a related field
  • Active and in good standing LNHA or RCAL license for the state of Kansas
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
