Job Title: Sales Manager - Residential Division

At D.H. Pace Company, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Residential Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of outside sales representatives in selling door and door-related products to homeowners and residential builders and general contractors.
  • Meet sales objectives and goals, while developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure they are reaching their full potential and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in developing scopes of work for proposals and handle details to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of sales management experience, preferably in the residential sector.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows-based programs and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and prior estimating experience is a plus.
