Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head/Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and executing culinary creations that reflect authentic Italian flavors.
- Oversee daily kitchen activities, including preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Monitor food quality and consistency, ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards before they are served to guests.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels, ensuring optimal kitchen operations.

Qualifications:
