Executive Chef Assistant

As a key member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparations and presentations meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus that showcase the flavors and ingredients of our restaurant.
* Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Assist with inventory management, ordering, and purchasing to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of culinary management experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
