About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our receiving department and be responsible for various clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the receiving department
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters and memos
- Assist with special projects and general office tasks
- Exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions
- Maintain proper filing systems
- Assist with billing and correspondence
- Support the manager with special projects
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of front office receptionist/admin experience in a professional business office
- High school diploma
- Some college preferred
- Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word knowledge
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally attentive to details
- Highly organized
- Great communication skills
