Job Title: Sales Administrative Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in administrative support and a passion for sales? We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team at National Guard Employment Network.

Job Summary:

The Sales Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring a positive experience for our customers throughout the sales process. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including purchasing and transferring warranties, ensuring completeness of deals, and assisting with payables and receivables.

Responsibilities:
  • Purchase and transfer warranties for equipment
  • Ensure completeness of deals before processing
  • Assist with payables and receivables
  • Assist with collections
  • Assist with rental contracts and billing
  • Collect bi-weekly payroll data and submit to 4RE Administration for processing
  • Order office supplies
  • Balance cash, check, and credit card transactions daily
  • Mail customer invoices daily
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to assist with HR and other administrative duties
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of post-secondary education in business, finance, or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and math skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional and positive mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task
Physical Effort:

Able to sit and type for the majority of a typical work day.

Travel:

Little to none.
