Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the receiving department
- Prepare correspondences, including letters and memos for internal and external use
- Prepare billing for filing and mailing copies for distribution
- Maintain proper filing systems
- Assist with special projects and other general office tasks as needed
- At least 1-2 years of front office receptionist/admin experience in a professional business office
- High school diploma
- Some college preferred
- Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word knowledge
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Naturally attentive to details
- Highly organized
- Great communication skills
