Job Summary

Hooper is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the operation of our Substation and Transmission departments in our Commerce City, CO office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and reconcile weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compile and analyze weekly reports on field training requirements and deficiencies.
  • Process and code AP transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Facilitate the documentation lifecycle for subcontract and purchase orders.
  • Assist in developing project safety documentation and provide backup support for accounting and administrative positions as needed.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by the Manager.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a standard office environment, with regular sitting or standing, and occasional bending, twisting, and light lifting. Repetitive typing is common, and the ability to work independently, problem-solve, and prioritize effectively is essential.

Requirements
  • A degree in administration, accounting, finance, business, or a related field, and relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting and spreadsheet software applications.
  • Flexibility and ability to function as part of a team.
Salary

The salary for this position is $45,000 per year.
