About the Team
We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic HR Operations Data Analyst to join our Human Resources Operations team.
The HR Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring quality, experience, and process efficiency within the Lifecycle Operations function.
We manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation, which includes job status modifications, timekeeping, data management, and offboarding.
This is a full-time position available in various locations.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement impactful HR operational solutions to business challenges.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Execute employee lifecycle transactions accurately, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, timekeeping, and leave management.
- Process Improvement: Propose, design, and document employee lifecycle processes that enhance existing HR practices, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs.
- Operational Excellence: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for HR systems and processes, analyzing workflows to drive enhancements and support new initiatives.
- Project Execution: Develop and manage projects aimed at standardizing and strengthening HR practices across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, focusing on process improvement and employee lifecycle management.
- A BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Resourceful problem-solver capable of troubleshooting independently and delivering impactful solutions.
- Proficient in Excel, including the use of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft policy documentation and articulate complex issues.
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with Canadian Lifecycle Operations is advantageous.
- A collaborative team player willing to assist others and exceed expectations.
