Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a dedicated Lead Community Operations Manager with exceptional sales acumen, leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding customer service capabilities for our premier apartment community.

This is a newly developed, class A apartment complex located in a vibrant area.
Key Responsibilities:
The Lead Community Operations Manager will oversee daily property management tasks, which include:

  • Marketing initiatives
  • Ensuring property standards are upheld
  • Screening potential residents
  • Rent collection
  • Issuing notices
  • Generating reports
  • Drafting agreements
  • Supervising and training property staff

You will have a dedicated office space to manage your team and conduct your responsibilities effectively.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Mileage reimbursement for business-related travel and eligibility for bonuses.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Lead Community Operations Manager position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in property management
  • Familiarity with Entrata Property Management Software is preferred
  • Basic proficiency in MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks such as rent collection and report preparation
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
  • Reliable transportation for travel between properties
