Forklift Operator Role

Location: Lebanon, OR (Relocation within 40 miles is required)

Shift Schedule: Shift 3 - Wednesday 12pm-6pm, Thursday-Saturday 6am-6pm, but must be flexible to work any shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and organizes pallets of completed goods for dispatch, ensuring accurate logging in the company database for tracking and records.
  • Weighs and moves finished products to the shipping area.
  • Handles loading and unloading of trucks as necessary.
  • Maintains adequate stock of raw materials and packaging supplies in the production area.
  • Verifies that raw materials have the correct documentation upon arrival.
  • Conducts monthly inventory counts of all raw materials and packaging supplies.
  • Collects polymer samples for particle analysis.
  • Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of both internal and external facilities.
  • Manages the flow of waste materials.
  • Loads master roll racks as required.
  • Complies with all safety policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Operates the forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Adheres to standard operating procedures and protocols.
  • Maintains accountability for self and colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various documents.
  • Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Capability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to develop practical solutions.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment fit-for-duty assessment and drug screening.
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $20.80 per hour
