Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Manager Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity, and to reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with our clients and residents to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, personnel records, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients and residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, residents, and staff.
