Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tier 1 technical support for enterprise applications and infrastructure divisions, including research and proactive maintenance as needed.
  • Perform technical support and administrative functions across various technologies, requiring a broad knowledge of user and server hardware, software, and Software as a Service environments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain campus-specific software and services based on college assignments.
  • Stay up-to-date on current computer technology to perform duties and contribute to recommendations for policy development and improvements.
  • Collaborate with college employees, the Helpdesk Manager, and Associate Chief Information Officer to develop information technology plans.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree
  • Knowledge of complex design, image creation, implementation, upgrades, management, and troubleshooting of computers and labs, as well as project management for computer/lab replacement cycles.
  • Ability to coordinate and/or perform installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop and laptop computers at KVCC, requiring analysis and resolution.
