Help Desk Lead/Manager
Elan Partners is seeking a skilled Help Desk Lead/Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading our help desk team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the help desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
- Develop and implement processes to improve help desk efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services
- Provide technical guidance and support to help desk team members
- Monitor and analyze help desk metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 3-4+ years of overall Desktop Support experience
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Experience supporting various systems and technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, VSphere, and more
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
