Help Desk Manager

At LHH, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the help desk team and ensuring timely and accurate customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the help desk team and evaluate performance to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to escalated queries and handling complaints
  • Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
  • Monitor and improve daily, weekly, and monthly reports on help desk team productivity
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams, such as product developers

Requirements and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support Manager
  • Solid technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred
