Help Desk Manager

At LHH, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the help desk team and ensuring timely and accurate customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the help desk team and evaluate performance to ensure exceptional customer service
- Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to escalated queries and handling complaints
- Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
- Monitor and improve daily, weekly, and monthly reports on help desk team productivity
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams, such as product developers
Requirements and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support Manager
- Solid technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred
