As a key member of our IT support team, you will handle complex technical support requests and lead other technicians in providing exceptional support.

**Key Responsibilities**

Analyze and resolve operational issues for the technical support center

Manage and document customer support issues, remediation, and customer satisfaction using a structured system

Provide reports for technical support activity, property accountability, lead meetings, and event schedules

**Requirements**

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field

At least five years of specialized experience in service center support, including knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, and mail standards

Excellent communication and customer service skills
