Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development leader to join our team and contribute to the company's continued success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting new clients and nurturing existing relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and research potential clients to identify business opportunities
  • Schedule in-person presentations with key decision-makers to showcase company capabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and retention
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project directors, and field personnel to ensure project success
  • Utilize marketing tools to promote and increase revenue
Requirements
  • Marketing or business degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience in the commercial restoration industry
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
