Job Summary

Reva, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Domestic Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and executing a domestic outreach sales plan to US healthcare systems in collaboration with executive management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare and air medical industries, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development. You will be responsible for growing domestic market share by targeting specific customers where Reva has resources available, securing agreements, and growing existing relationships with US hospital systems and commercial payors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a domestic outreach sales plan to US healthcare systems
  • Grow domestic market share by targeting specific customers and securing agreements
  • Build and maintain relationships with US hospital systems and commercial payors
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with executive management and sales teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Three to five years of related experience in sales and business development
  • Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare and air medical industries
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of success
