Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting shoppers in a professional manner.
  • Engage proactively with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product suggestions.
  • Stay updated on current product offerings, market trends, and promotional activities to inform customers effectively.
  • Adhere to visual merchandising standards established for the retail space.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure high standards of store presentation, including the stockroom and back-of-house areas.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management.
  • Collaborate with Head Office teams for timely business updates.
  • Set performance targets and monitor KPIs for team members.
  • Manage recruitment processes for the store in conjunction with the global recruitment team.
  • Propose commercial strategies for store improvement and seek approval from senior management.
  • Exemplify brand values and maintain high personal presentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
  • Develop monthly work schedules for team members.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve store objectives.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and product information is displayed on all merchandise.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the point of sale system, handling various payment methods.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash register setup.
  • Assist with stock organization and inventory management.
  • Restock the sales floor as needed to maintain product availability.
  • Communicate daily operational needs with the management team.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to support performance management.

Qualifications

  • Highly driven and motivated individual.
  • Passion for fashion and retail.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
  • Ability to interact with customers in a lively and often bustling environment.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and engage in repetitive tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable using ladders and stepping stools.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
