Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting shoppers in a professional manner.
- Engage proactively with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product suggestions.
- Stay updated on current product offerings, market trends, and promotional activities to inform customers effectively.
- Adhere to visual merchandising standards established for the retail space.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure high standards of store presentation, including the stockroom and back-of-house areas.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management.
- Collaborate with Head Office teams for timely business updates.
- Set performance targets and monitor KPIs for team members.
- Manage recruitment processes for the store in conjunction with the global recruitment team.
- Propose commercial strategies for store improvement and seek approval from senior management.
- Exemplify brand values and maintain high personal presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
- Develop monthly work schedules for team members.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve store objectives.
- Ensure accurate pricing and product information is displayed on all merchandise.
- Process transactions efficiently using the point of sale system, handling various payment methods.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash register setup.
- Assist with stock organization and inventory management.
- Restock the sales floor as needed to maintain product availability.
- Communicate daily operational needs with the management team.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to support performance management.
Qualifications
- Highly driven and motivated individual.
- Passion for fashion and retail.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Ability to interact with customers in a lively and often bustling environment.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and engage in repetitive tasks.
- Physical ability to lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Comfortable using ladders and stepping stools.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
