Technical Support Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver technical assistance for computer systems and applications
- Educate end users and resolve technical challenges
- Oversee project tasks associated with system enhancements
- Install and repair hardware and software components
- Ensure client satisfaction and follow up on problem resolution
- Implement and manage hardware and software initiatives
- Maintain partnerships with software vendors
- Ensure network security and develop disaster recovery strategies
~ Fundamental reading, writing, and arithmetic abilities
~ Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Server Management
~ Capability to convey technical information clearly
~ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
~ Basic knowledge of Mac systems and A+ or Network+ certification is essential
