Compensation: $49,920.00 annually
Position Summary: TEEMA Group Solutions is in search of a skilled Onsite IT Support Specialist to enhance our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate should hold a valid A+ certification, have at least 2 years of experience in IT support, and demonstrate expertise in managing Windows operating systems and hardware components. Familiarity with ticketing systems, particularly Jira, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite technical assistance for hardware repair issues, including laptops, desktops, monitors, network cabling, and printers.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware challenges associated with Windows operating systems.
- Employ ticketing system software (Jira and internal applications) to monitor, prioritize, and escalate support requests.
- Work collaboratively with team members to efficiently address complex technical problems.
- Document support processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Valid A+ certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Proficient in supporting Windows operating systems.
- Experience with hardware repair for various devices.
- Familiarity with ticketing system software, preferably Jira.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule:
- Standard day shift hours with some flexibility.
- Rotating on-call duty approximately every 5-7 weeks.
