Qualifications:

  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and clients. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Tools: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) is a plus.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
