- Initial Screening: Perform preliminary candidate assessments, including phone interviews and technical evaluations, to gauge skills, experience, and compatibility with the role.
- Interview Management: Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring an efficient and effective process.
- Candidate Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey.
- Industry Insights: Remain updated on market trends, salary standards, and competitor strategies to effectively position job opportunities and provide informed advice to clients.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and client feedback, to enhance recruitment processes continuously.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in recruitment, preferably with a focus on technical or IT roles. Experience in recruiting Systems Analysts is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of Systems Analyst roles, responsibilities, and required skill sets. Familiarity with relevant technologies and methodologies (e.g., Agile, SQL, business analysis) is beneficial.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and clients. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Tools: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
