Innova Solutions is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator / Business Administrator.

Position: Project Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time/Contract on W2

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office/2 days remote)

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project planning sessions with team leaders and develop a detailed schedule for each project phase.
  • Engage with clients and vendors to finalize installation timelines and secure necessary approvals along with design and insurance documentation.
  • Ensure all prerequisites are met prior to the commencement of installation activities.
  • Provide clients with updates regarding ATM replacement schedules, ensuring coordination among all stakeholders.
  • Maintain an updated overall project schedule in Excel, utilizing V-Lookups and Pivot charts to track upcoming ATM replacement dates.
  • Monitor project milestones with site owners and vendors to guarantee timely progress and address any escalations as needed.
  • Generate Project Orders for sites affected by burglary, vandalism, or technical ATM issues, and escalate these projects for prompt resolution.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel, with intermediate to advanced skills for data aggregation from various sources.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and property owners where ATMs are located.
  • Experience managing ATMs across multiple locations nationwide.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: Between $23 - $27 per hour

*Compensation offered will depend on various factors, including education, experience, job location, and specific responsibilities.
