Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster effective communication between design and construction teams
  • Oversee water and wastewater projects from initial concept through to final execution
  • Cultivate relationships with municipal stakeholders
  • Direct project pursuit and delivery teams
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Advocate for design-build best practices
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 13 years of relevant experience
  • Project management certification
  • Openness to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Management
  • Professional Engineering License
  • Experience with integrated design-build projects
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
Skills and Abilities:Proficiency in project management, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and expertise in MS Word and Excel. The capacity to prioritize tasks and operate efficiently is crucial for success in this position.
