The Role: We're seeking a confident and motivated individual who can support and contribute to various promotional activities and sales initiatives within a retail setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Promotional Activities: Assist in preparing and arranging promotional displays, kiosks, or stands in the retail store to attract customers' attention and effectively showcase products or services.
  • Engaging with Customers: Actively interact with customers, providing information about promotional offers, products, or services, and addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Conducting Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of specific products, encouraging customer interest and purchases.
  • Assisting with Sales: Guide customers through the purchase journey, handling transactions, and processing payments.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Skill Set:
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with the public.
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to quickly build rapport with a wide range of people.
  • A quick learner with the ability to absorb new information and apply it effectively.

Salary: $28,000 - $38,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
