Job Overview:
The Brand Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the comprehensive marketing strategies for KISS Nails. This position emphasizes the formulation and execution of marketing initiatives across the United States and Canada, while also contributing to global marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing all marketing strategies and plans across various categories. Implement these strategies globally for all markets and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development and Creative teams to fulfill all design requirements for both current and new products, including digital and social media assets, promotional graphics, and product packaging.
  • Manage the category budget and oversee project management to ensure alignment, precision, and exceptional execution.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for promotional strategies and marketing support initiatives.
  • Work with internal teams to create secondary promotional displays, finalize product assortments, develop display renderings, and prepare sell sheets.
  • Play a crucial role in digital marketing and communications, including briefing external agencies, defining content and media strategies, setting KPIs and objectives, exploring new platform opportunities, and participating in the asset creation process.
  • Lead significant marketing projects within digital media, consumer sampling initiatives, and public relations activities on a global scale, acting as the primary liaison for external agencies.
  • Regularly coordinate and engage with internal departments to ensure brand integration and effective execution of all marketing programs.
  • Assist the e-commerce team with marketing needs related to nail products.
  • Report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager for KISS Nails.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and possessing a positive demeanor, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Marketing is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge in social and digital media.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with outstanding computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel approximately twice a year.

The anticipated compensation range is
USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
