In this position, you will take charge of broadening Sandata's clientele among MCOs within the designated territory. The primary responsibilities will encompass managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiations, while achieving set sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to generate sufficient leads for a strong sales pipeline.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques alongside a robust understanding of market dynamics and technology to design, present, and sell innovative solutions.
  • Formulate and implement a territory strategy to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
  • Conduct all sales and administrative tasks, including lead follow-up, CRM updates, accurate pipeline reporting, and sales forecasting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and leaders to enhance Sandata's brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments.
  • Support customer feedback initiatives to relay insights to product teams.
  • Participate in team meetings as required.
  • Ensure the security of personal health information (PHI) and report any violations or concerns to management.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare sales.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong expertise in Long-Term Services and Support (LTSS), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and Medicaid.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • High energy and motivation.
  • Proven sales success in competitive environments, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, navigate complex buying processes, and close contracts.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and partners.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
