As the company continues to expand, we are seeking a Vice President of Provider Sales to drive this growth. This role will focus on broadening Sandata's customer base among homecare providers within the designated territory. Key responsibilities include managing the complete sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiations, while achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate a sufficient volume of leads to sustain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
  • Oversee all sales administrative tasks, including lead follow-up, CRM documentation, accurate pipeline reporting, and sales forecasting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and key stakeholders to enhance Sandata's brand visibility and foster new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Support customer feedback initiatives to relay insights to product development teams.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a client-facing capacity.
  • Experience in the Healthcare I/DD sector is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • High energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism in client interactions.
  • Strong oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
