Position: Vice President of Operations

About CESNA: CESNA is a prominent brand in the Beauty and Personal Care sector, specializing in a diverse range of nail care products.

Overview: CESNA is in search of a dynamic, hands-on, and strategic Vice President of Operations to spearhead the company's overarching strategy and growth initiatives by setting quarterly or annual objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 years of leadership experience across all operational facets within a high-volume business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute inclusive policies and procedures in collaboration with fellow executives and the CEO.
  • Provide strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership to manage daily operations effectively.
  • Guide the Human Resources team in cultivating a highly inclusive culture through effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and employee retention.
  • Identify critical capital projects and process enhancements to boost efficiency and minimize costs, alongside exploring strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to national and local business regulations, taking necessary actions when required.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to guarantee the company achieves its long-term objectives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders, special committees, and consultants to ensure seamless operations, addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Articulate the company's vision and objectives to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline; advanced degrees such as an MBA or a master's degree in a relevant field are preferred.
  • Over 10 years of strategic leadership experience in a comparable environment, management consulting, or general management.
  • Experience in the fashion, beauty, and/or cosmetics industries is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities to effectively manage and inspire employees at all organizational levels and drive results.
  • Strategically adept at formulating short- and long-term plans to fulfill the company's objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial principles and metrics to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes to enhance operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely to employees, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced and ever-evolving business environments and market conditions.
