Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at DeVita & Hancock Hospitality. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by selling wedding packages and banquet services to potential clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Qualifications: 2-year degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field; minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
