Chemical Sales Executive

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving distribution sales, strategic growth programs, and new product introduction (NPI) sales initiatives in the North American personal care market. Your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities within this lucrative industry, particularly in OEM/contract manufacturing and personal care strategy.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Foster long-term relationships with key accounts and major developers to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute annual and long-term operating plans for the BPC - North America, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to launch NPIs and expand existing product lines.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the specialty chemical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or chemistry.
Compensation Package:
- Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $160,000
- Incentive or sales variable compensation payments, tied to individual performance and company results.
